I’m Jose Guillen-Lambert, Founder and Executive Director of Glambert Group. Alongside my experienced destination wedding travel team, I help couples and groups plan destination weddings and milestone celebrations in Mexico with clarity, honesty, and confidence.

With a background in wedding planning and operations management, I’ve seen firsthand where destination events can go wrong — misaligned resorts, unclear contracts, guest confusion, and unrealistic expectations. My role is to prevent those issues before they happen, guide clients through smart, informed decisions, and manage the details so the entire experience feels seamless for everyone involved.

I don’t believe in influencer hype or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in experienced guidance, transparent communication, and thoughtful planning that protects my clients and their guests every step of the way.
